Return Period
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you may request a return within thirty (30) days from the date you receive your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
· The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
· The item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
· The original tags and packaging must still be attached.
· You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that certain items are made to order and are therefore not eligible for return. These include limited-edition or exclusive designs that are produced only after an order is placed. Laceco does not hold stock for these items.

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at support@laceco.shop.
Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.
Items sent back to us without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping cost, unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-Refundable Situations
We do not issue refunds in the following circumstances:
· The order does not arrive because of factors within the customer’s control, such as providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
· The customer requests a cancellation after the order has been processed or shipped.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
If your order has been paid for and you wish to cancel it, please contact us within twenty-four (24) hours of placing the order.
Once the packaging or shipping process has begun, the order can no longer be cancelled.
Approved cancellations will be refunded in full. Refunds are typically processed within five to ten business days, depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We take every measure to ensure our products are carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment.
However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@laceco.shop.
Please provide the following details:
1. Your order number;
2. A clear photograph of the damaged or incorrect item; and
3. A brief description of the issue.
Our team will review your claim promptly. Once verified, Laceco will offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on product availability and your preference.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Certain product categories cannot be returned due to hygiene or production restrictions. These include, but are not limited to:
· Custom-made or personalised products;
· Limited-edition items or exclusive designs made to order;
· Personal care or hygiene items;
· Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable and non-refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to obtain a replacement item is to return the item you have (if eligible). Once the return has been approved and processed, you may place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds
After we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a notification regarding the status of your refund.
If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original method of payment.
Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account — typically between five and ten business days.
